Words are very important. Words are sometimes used loosely. People say things not because they mean it, sometimes, but they may lightly speak to get out of a situation or to get favor from someone. However, it is always good to say what you mean and mean what you say. Chris Medina knows how important it is to make a promise. He promised his fiance he would marry her and then she had a serious car accident. He decided to be loyal to her and true to his word. This is a mark of good character. He can be seen below while being interviewed by Jay Leno and then singing the song to the love of his life.
With technology we can accomplish many more things in a relatively short period of time. We can communicate with people internationally and create wonders. However, the most fascinating thing about technology is the fact that we can spread the good news of salvation through the internet and several other means. Thankfully language has also made this possible.
What is the good news? Jesus Christ, the Son of God came into this world to die for all of us, so that if we believe in Him, when we die we do not have to suffer the penalty of all the wrong things we have done.
I am eternally thankful to God and His Son Jesus Christ for the everlasting life that I have through Him. Thank You Lord and Shalom!

Happy Memorial Day everyone. We are grateful to all servicemen who has served or continue to serve the USA in any capacity. Thanks for allowing us to feel secure even at the risk of your own lives. As we reflect on your unselfish service I am reminded of someone who gave His life willingly so that we all might live. If He had not done so, we would all have no hope and we would have been tormented forever and ever. His name is Jesus Christ and if we believe in Him we can experience everlasting life. Thank you Jesus for what you have done for the entire world.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15: 13
I am so excited that I am alive and well at this time. One day people may be referring to this period as the good old days. In any case, these are great days for me and they should be for everyone too. It does no mean that everything is going well for us, but things could be worse.
It is a time that we have witnessed several earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, illnesses, communicable diseases, economic turmoil and many other hardships. However, in spite of all these things and more we have survived and we continue to live by adjusting to whatever we have to face.
There are so many inventions that have already been introduced to the world and some are still in the making I am very thankful for computers and the advent of the internet. It is a wonderful opportunity to communicate with people all over the world.
We can spend less time commuting to and from banks and business places. By simply clicking on websites, business can be conducted at home such as paying bills online. We can maintain contact with friends and family all over the world. We can even play games with them through online games.
However, even more important is the possibility of learning so much without even leaving home. Formerly, people had to literally go to libraries, bookstores and places of learning to gain information. Now, all that is required is a computer and internet service so that information can be communicated via the world wide web.
Perhaps the most important value of this age is the ease and convenience of spreading the gospel. People can read blogs, view websites or simply watch a church service on line. People do not have an excuse anymore to spread the gospel throughout the world. In addition, no one can be excused for not knowing the gospel, no matter how remote their neighborhood may be.
And he said unto them, Go yeintoall the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16: 15
But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went intoall the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world. Romans 10: 18
